Visit of the Village du Livre (Book Village) in Cuisery.
      Cuisery, old site of the Royal Châtellerie des Sires de Bagé, was in the heart of the conflicts between Burgundy and Savoy. With the passing of the centuries the town was in part destroyed but fortunately the Notre Dame church, with its exceptional architecture and its 12 chapels, was saved. 
    In the little medieval streets several bookshops and workshops (bookbinders, printers...) are installed : Cuisery is the 4th  "Village du Livre" (Book Village) in France.

Visit of the La Truchère - La Ratenelle Nature Reserve
        There are here three different natural environments : the Fouget pond, a kind of swamp with little canals, the peat bog, a saturated with water ground which develops characteristic mosses and finally, the most amazing, the sand dunes which is reminiscent of the Mediterranean Sea.
